The research-ready version of the HiTOP self-report measure (i.e., the HiTOP-PRO) was unveiled by the Measures Development Workgroup on December 1, 2023, and can be downloaded here as an Excel Worksheet.
The harmful substance use module of the measure can be downloaded here as an Excel Worksheet.
A preliminary brief version of the HiTOP-PRO (i.e., B-HiTOP) can also be downloaded here as an Excel Worksheet.
We now also have Qualtrics templates for the HiTOP-SR measure, not yet including the harmful substance use module. This file has the items presented in random order. This file sorts the items by scale, if you wish to pick only certain scales to administer. We would still recommend randomizing the presentation of the items if you use the latter template.
