The research-ready version of the HiTOP self-report measures was unveiled by the Measures Development Workgroup on December 1, 2023. These instruments allow researchers and clinicians to assess psychopathology using the Hierarchical Taxonomy of Psychopathology framework.
The most up-to-date files are hosted on the hitop R package website. This resource provides comprehensive documentation, automated scoring functions, and ready-to-use formatting for various survey platforms. Please visit the links below to access the recommended downloads for each measure. These pages include printable forms, Qualtrics imports, REDCap imports, and scoring software.

Note: The following files are original development documents. They are provided for historical transparency and reference, but we strongly recommend using the updated downloads linked above for any new data collection.

All other types of modification are not allowed without approval, which includes creation of short forms, changes of response options, etc.
